IT CAN BE USED FOR FRUIT ON THE TREE, it is a non-destructive instrument, therefore can be used to monitor the physiological development of ripening;

IT FOLLOWS THE FRUIT RIPENING EVEN AFTER THE COLLECTION AND DURING THE STORAGE, because it checks the chlorophyll degradation through various steps;

IT CAN BE REPEATED YEAR AFTER YEAR AND PLACE AFTER PLACE, in fact, it is connected only to the ripening stage, whereas other parameters used to determine fruit ripening are connected to seasonal patterns (rainfall, cloudiness, temperature) and to the type of the soil.
